A place where transformational thinking, a shared sense of purpose, and a commitment to the individual combine to create an environment where the extraordinary can occur. Creating an effective organization requires new tools and new ways of thinking. Systems thinking is emerging as a powerful and innovative tool for building the necessary framework for managing complex business issues relating to fundamental structure and organizational practices.
